We invite our community of Staff, Students, Families and Friends to engage with us as we welcome our Superintendent Finalist Candidates to the district for the two day interview process.
April 4 Public Reception Engage & Elevate
Purpose: To allow members of our community the opportunity to meet and converse with our superintendent finalist candidates.
Where: LPSD38 Administration Building (Big Red @ 146 N. Jefferson St.) 2nd Floor Community Room.
When: From 4 to 4:45 p.m.
April 4 Public Candidate Forum
Purpose: To allow both in-person and online viewers to hear from Superintendent Finalist candidates. These finalists will answer a series of questions created by a community committee. There will be a survey posted following this meeting.
Where: LPSD38 Administration Building (Big Red @ 146 N. Jefferson St.) First Floor Learning Center.
When: From 6 to 8 p.m.

To allow our Board of Education an opportunity to hear open feedback from our District 38 community, a survey will be launched at the conclusion of the Candidate Public Forum. This survey will be active for 24 hours and will allow individuals to provide feedback on our candidates. A link to the survey will also be available on the homepage of our website at lewispalmer.org, as well as on our Superintendent Search webpage lewispalmer.org/supersearch.
Please note that our Board of Education will conduct their interviews with finalists on April 5 in executive session. On April 6, the Board will hold a public meeting to discuss the results of the community feedback survey and move into executive session to conduct deliberation. Finally, our Board anticipates announcing the selected finalist on April 15 during the regular meeting.
