Our goal is to provide a safe, attractive, and comfortable campus for our students, staff, and patrons and to ensure an environment that promotes quality education.

In accordance with the Open Records Policy, Building Inspection reports are available to the public. Available reports include Elevator Inspections, Fire Inspections, and Asbestos Reports (our annual AHERA notification is found here).  To view these documents please contact Jesse Krueger via email. These reports will be made available at the District Offices, 146 Jefferson Street, Monument, CO.

• Continue to ensure a safe learning environment for staff and students via daily inspections and preventative maintenance.

• Continue implementing advancements in energy management controls for building automation and lighting, optimizing tax resources of the district and the community.

• Continue preventative maintenance protocols and generate new protocols as warranted.

• Continue investing in our capital needs system and tracking capital planning.
