SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH UPDATE INCLUDING COMMUNITY SURVEY OPPORTUNITY AND ENGAGE AND ELEVATE EVENT

As many know, our Board of Education is embarking upon a search to identify the next leader for Lewis-Palmer School District 38. As we do so, we want to provide opportunities for our engaged community of employees, families and friends of the District to stay informed, involved and to provide feedback.

Survey Opportunity

Please consider completing our Lewis-Palmer School District 38  Superintendent Search Stakeholder Survey, linked here. This survey provides all District 38 stakeholders the opportunity to provide key feedback on District strengths, opportunities and key characteristics the next District 38 Superintendent should possess.

This survey will be open for two weeks, closing no later than 12 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 21.

Engage & Elevate Event Opportunity

For those wanting additional information on the Superintendent Search and to understand how our Board of Education will conduct its search in partnership with the firm McPherson & Jacobson, we will host an in-person Engage & Elevate session.

  • Details: Monday, Feb. 12 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

  • Location: Lewis-Palmer School District 38 Learning Center (146 N. Jefferson St. 80132)

We invite any member of our community to come in person to learn more about the search, as well as understand how data from the survey will be applied to help advance the process.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Our team looks forward to engaging in this process with you and finding the best candidate to lead District 38 into the future.
