Ahead of the November election, Lewis-Palmer School District 38 will conduct an information session for interested Board of Education candidates. The August 2 event will feature presentations with key information about running for the District 38 School Board and what it means to be a board member.
Four of five total Board seats will be up for election, with President Tiffiney Upchurch serving in the only Director seat not up for election. Upchurch, accompanied by Superintendent Dr. KC Somers, and others from the District 38 team, will be present on Aug. 2 to present, as well as meet with interested candidates who are considering running for a Director position.
