Dear LPHS and PRHS Families,
Thank you for your patience as we work through a schedule change during finals. The below represent our plan for the delay, with an alternate plan in the event of a closure. Our goal in communicating both plans with you is to ensure you have as much notice as possible.
Delay Schedule:
We hope that our Delay plan can hopefully provide enough consistency and structure to finish out the semester, and enough flexibility and autonomy for teachers, students and families to adjust to current conditions. The plan is as follows:
Period 7 Exam 9:40 - 11:10 a.m.
Period 8 Exam 11:20 - 12:50 p.m.
12:50 p.m. - lunch for those who stay, students with transportation may leave. Buses will run at normal time.

In the Event of A Closure:
In the event of a closure on Thursday, Dec. 14, which would be communicated no later than 6 a.m., LPHS and PRHS will follow the below schedule:
Exams will be given Friday 12/15
Period 7 Exam 8:00-9:30 am
Period 8 Exam 9:40- 11:10 am
All students released at 11:10am, transportation will be provided.
If students have extenuating circumstances they can make individual arrangements with their teachers to make up work January 4th or 5th.
