2021-2022 Enrollment Data

The following data is derived from the Colorado Department of Education enrollment data maintained by the Colorado Department of Education.

The Colorado Department of Education combines the Home School Enrichment Academy enrollment with Bear Creek Elementary School (grades K- 6) and Lewis-Palmer Middle School (grades 7-8). 

This data set includes 19 foreign exchange students attending our high schools during the 2021-2022 school year.

Data for 2021-2022

For 2021-2022, the total number of students entering LPSD from schools in the Pikes Peak region was 699 students.  The graph below shows the distribution of the students across District 38 schools. Students in the transition program and students enrolled through the Colorado Preschool Program at Tri-Lakes Community Preschool are not included in this chart. Foreign exchange students are not counted as choice-in students in this graphic.

The graph below shows the parents' district of residence for the 699 students opting into LPSD for the 2021-2022 school year.

This graph shows the 687 students whose parents report residing in LPSD and whose students attend districts surrounding LPSD.

This graph shows the 197 students whose parents report residing in LPSD and whose students attend programs or districts outside the immediate LPSD area. Most of these are attributed to online programs as well as some regional charter schools.
