• Schedule - Digital or hard copy

• Any required district forms that were not completed during the July Online Update (See the list HERE). The update included digital acknowledgment of the two forms below. If you are 100% certain you completed these online during the D38 IC Annual Update window, you do not need to bring hard copies. Both are required to obtain a student ID and Chromebook on Check-In Day.
