The PRHS Library was awarded the Environment Credential in Fall 2025 by the Colorado Department of Education.

The Colorado Department of Education's Highly Effective Schools Through Libraries (HESTL) credentialing program has two purposes:

  1. To recognize outstanding school library programs and school library professionals

  2. To provide guidance in school librarianship best practices
