Dear Palmer Ridge High School Families,

Palmer Ridge High School is excited to be part of the Adopt D38 donation program. NEW this year, our relaunched Lewis-Palmer School District 38 Education Foundation will be running the Adopt 38 program in partnership with our Lewis-Palmer School District as a directed donation campaign. Our teachers have received over $34,000 in the past five years. Teachers receive 100% of the donation, and your donation is 100% tax deductible*. Teachers utilize your donation for classroom enhancements like books, visual aids, manipulatives, and learning games.

Families, individuals, groups, and businesses may adopt a teacher, grade, or the school including services and specials. Some employers will even match your donation. Donations may be combined to ‘adopt’ at any level. Names of sponsor will be recognized in school publications, school building and the school website, as well as through the Foundation's donor recognition.

To adopt a teacher, donate $165 (the number of days in a school year). To adopt a grade, donate $250. To adopt a school building, donate $365, a dollar a day. Please check with the school, grade, or teacher for specific information on needs.

The goal of this program is to aid the teachers that work so hard for our children. On average, teachers spend $500 annually out of their own pocket for their classrooms annually. Let's support our outstanding teachers at Palmer Ridge High School and make the 2023-2024 school year a memorable one, with all teachers adopted!

Please make an adoption and support the future of our children!. Adoptions may be made online for credit card payments or by going to https://www.d38foundation.org and navigating to the "Donate Now" page under the "Adopt 38" campaign. Adoptions can also be made by check or cash at Palmer Ridge High School. Please make checks out to the "Lewis-Palmer School District 38 Education Foundation" and complete the Adoption Form.
