Tri-Lakes Cares offers grocery services, financial assistance services, and medical assistance services.  TLC exists to provide a safety net for low-income households in the Tri-Lakes region; and to help those households willing and able, to work toward self-sufficiency. 

CarePortal
CarePortal is a technology platform that connects children and families in need to people who have something to give. Schools and Social workers uncover the needs. CarePortal makes local churches aware, giving them a real-time opportunity to respond.
