Landsharks Running Club

Landsharks Track is a non-competitive youth program to introduce running to young athletes in a safe and fun environment. The focus is on self-improvement, being an encouraging teammate, and making new friends.

The 2023 Fall Track Series is a school program led by parent volunteers and is open to students in Kindergarten through 6th grade. Practices start September 13th.

Practice: Wednesdays and Fridays, 8:00 - 8:45 am

(All clubs are open to kids living anywhere in the area, so if this time doesn't work, check out some of the other area offerings at the website!)

Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do is a modern martial art, characterized by its fast high and spinning kicks. It is one of the most popular martial arts practiced world wide. Tae Kwon Do allows students to quickly enhance in areas of coordination, intrinsic motivation, self-defense, self-discipline, and personal enjoyment. In addition to learning a valuable lifetime activity, students are taught patterns, kicking, stances, blocks, and sparring techniques.
