Bear Creek early Childhood Center is the first preschool in Monument to be nationally accredited through NAEYC (National Association for Education of Young Children).  With a highly qualified staff and class ratio of staff members to 16 students we teach children using: Creative Curriculum, Everyday Math, and Handwriting without Tears curriculum, covering the subjects of language and literacy, math, social and emotional skills, science, geography and cognitive problem solving skills.  We focus on development of the whole child with the emphasis on learning through play, and with an understanding of developmentally appropriate educational approaches to support each child's learning needs.
