We are excited about having the opportunity to teach your children!  Third grade is an important transitional year in elementary school, as well as one in which the development of new skills is accelerated.  Your child will face greater responsibilities and become more independent learners.  In third grade we emphasize character development, while learning essential skills to prepare for future grade levels.  Your child can look forward to discovering world geography, learning how to write in cursive, exploring multiplication strategies, and diving into complex comprehension skills.  Third grade values strong student, teacher and parent relationships.  Together, we can make this a great year for your child!
