RFP/RFQ Process

Per law, D38 implemented RFQ and RFP processes in 2018 when choosing an architectural firm and construction management/general contractor for the potential elementary school. An RFP is a request for proposal, which is a document that describes a project's needs and asks for proposed solutions from qualified vendors. An RFQ is a request for quote, which is when a company asks outside vendors to submit a quote for the completion of a task or project. This process would be the same for the 2019 bond.

The timeline below illustrates these processes.
