MAY 29TH LPHS/PRHS Sport Physicals:
Palmer Ridge High School and Lewis-Palmer High School are offering sport physicals this year on May 29th from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Palmer Ridge High School in the big gym.
Cost of the physical is $25.00 in advance and is non-refundable.
Palmer Ridge High School students are to sign up with Mrs. Weber in the PR Athletic Office. Lewis-Palmer students are to sign up with Mrs. Lester in the LP Athletic Office.
Please pay and sign up in advance as physicals will be offered as first come first served. You may print out the physical form online or be given a physical form at the time of sign up to be filled out and brought the night of the physical.
Physicals are for all incoming 9th-12th graders for the 2019-2020 school year.

Physicals are provided by our team physicians at Centura Orthopedics with 100% of the proceeds coming right back to our schools.

IMPORTANT 2019 FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION INFORMATION
My last full work day for the current school year is 5/23/2019. After this date, I will be unable to answer questions until I return in late July.
Please refrain from trying to register your student for the 2019-2020 athletic school year until we are back in the office on July 29th, 2019. Do not print off any athletic packets until this time. We are going to try to remove all the 2018-2019 packets from the website, but do not want you to make this mistake and have to redo your entire packet as they are updated every school year with changes to CHSAA rules/regulations.
If your student made an ArbiterAthlete account for the 2018-2019 school year they do not need to make a new one for this school year. They simply will need to login to the account they created previously to complete the digital option of our paperwork. (Hard copies are still an option if preferred.) If they cannot remember their login or password, we can look up this information for them or help them reset their password in the Athletic Office.
All incoming freshman, students who did not play sports last year, or transfer students from another state will be required to make an ArbiterAthlete account. This is a requirement by CHSAA in order to track eligibility. If your student transferred from a school within Colorado and already has an account, they just need to login to their account and change their school to Lewis-Palmer High School. They will also be required to do the transfer process on ArbiterAthlete, so the parent/guardian will have to create an account as well to begin this process. If a student is going to play Field Hockey or Gymnastics this fall for Palmer Ridge, they will need to list Lewis-Palmer High School as their main school and Palmer Ridge High School as their secondary school in order to be eligible by CHSAA. The listing of schools has to be done by the student and not the parent for it to work.
Remember: You cannot register over the summer. Please wait until we are back in the office.
The Colorado High School Athletics Association has moved to an online platform called Arbiter Athlete. They are requiring each student to create an account to register for the sports of their choosing. Parents also have the option to create an account and link with their athletes account which will enable you to turn in and sign all required paperwork for participation. Click for Account creation info.For transfer students, parents must create an account. Once an account is created I will be able to invite you to fill out the online transfer form.
Please be aware of the LPHS Parent and Athlete Handbook
The following paperwork will need to be completed and turned into the ATHLETIC OFFICE before November 12th in order to participate in Winter Sports. Athletes who have not turned in paperwork may not begin practice until it is on file with the athletic office. Not having paperwork in on time may impact an athlete who wants to play a sport that requires try-outs and/or participation in scrimmages/games.
Please do not give any of this paperwork or fees to your Coaches.

- PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE EXPIRATION DATES OF CURRENT PHYSICALS ON FILE. If they expired during the summer, please make arrangements in advance to have the physical forms updated.

STUDENTS TRANSFERRING INTO LPHS FROM OTHER SCHOOLS, OUT OF STATE, OR EXCHANGE STUDENTS. PLEASE KNOW THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SURROUNDING TRANSFER STUDENTS FROM THE CHSAA BYLAWS FORM.
ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION FEES
Fees can be paid via check made out to LPHS and delivered to the Athletic Office or online via Infinite Campus.

$175 - Cheer, Poms, Field Hockey, Football, Gymnastics, Soccer, Softball, Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball, Wrestling, Baseball, and Lacrosse
$200 - Golf
$350 - Swim/Dive
$650 - Ice Hockey
