Mrs. Alison Pulford
Welcome to Mrs. Pulford's 3rd grade class at Kilmer Elementary!
My name is Ali Pulford, and I have had the pleasure of teaching in the Lewis-Palmer School District since 2005, three years as a 5th grade teacher, and eight years teaching elementary music. I am really looking forward to teaching 3rd grade at Kilmer again this year!
I received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education with emphases in music and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls in 2005, and shortly after graduating and getting married, my husband and I moved to Colorado. We both have enjoyed teaching in District 38, and now our two children are getting a wonderful education here as well and are joining me at Kilmer each day.
My goals in teaching your students are: to build strong relationships with Kilmer students, families, and staff; to teach students to build strong relationships with each other; and to help students to grow in their character, academic achievement, and leadership skills so that they can be successful in third grade and the rest of their lives.
I look forward to meeting you and getting to know this great community, so please don't hesitate to get in contact with me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
