Mrs. Dawn Liss

Fourth Grade Teacher

I am honored to be a 4th grade teacher and a part of such a terrific staff at Bear Creek Elementary. I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Regis University in 2008. I strongly believe that being an educator is the best profession. The purpose of education is to learn life lessons, morals, rules, responsibilities and respect. It is imperative that I develop the child both academically and personally through character first teachings. I will teach students the importance of working within groups and on teams. I believe each student needs to be encouraged to form his/her own opinion and to seek answers to questions. It is extremely important to educate our students with the skills needed to be successful and a contributing member of society. I will be a positive role model who will instill the love for knowledge and desire to learn! For the quickest response to your questions please email. I try to check email within 24 hours.
