7th Grade Science Teacher

Hello everyone. I have been at Lewis-Palmer Middle School since the fall of 2001.  I am a Colorado native who grew up in Pueblo and served 24 years on active duty and reserves in the Navy. During my time on Active duty I was a Rescue Swimmer. I received my Bachelors Degree (Health and Exercise Science) from Colorado State University (Fort Collins). I also have a MS in Physical Education, an MS in Exercise and Sports Science, and my Type D license. 
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife Kelly, our son Liam and our daughter Kaitlin.  As a family we enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hiking, biking, running, snorkeling and scuba diving. I enjoy any race from the 5k to an ultra marathon. I completed my first Ironman Triathlon in september of 2021.
