Mrs. Brooke Sinnott
Welcome to Sixth Grade Academic Enrichment! I am so excited to be a part of your child's education and help them develop and continue their love for learning!
I reside in Monument with my husband, Will, our Mini-Golden Retriever, Millie, and our Australian Shepherd, Max. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I grew up playing competitive soccer and played throughout college at UCCS. In my free time, I enjoy doing anything outdoors. I also enjoy planning so I can become the most effective educator to positively impact my student's lives. I also enjoy painting, going on long walks, listening to music, and taking Max and Millie to the park.
I am so excited and honored to work at Bear Creek Elementary School. I will be embarking on my seventh year of teaching, and my fourth year teaching sixth grade at BCES. I began student teaching in 4th grade and transitioned to 2nd grade. I graduated in May of 2016 with my Bachelor of Arts in History and Education from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. After graduating, I spent my first year teaching 1st grade. Then, I taught 4th grade for two years. I also have my Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University.
If you need to contact me for any reason, e-mail is the best option. I will get back to you within 24 hours! Feel free to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns.
I look forward to an eventful year, making wonderful memories!
Yours in education,
