Ms. Jane Hall-Kissinger

Geometry, Intro to Video, and LPTV

I grew up in Douglas County, graduated from Douglas County High School. After many moves with the military, my hope was to return to Colorado. This is my 21st year teaching! Wow, does time fly by fast!  I've taught elementary: 1st, 2nd, and 5th grades. In middle school: I have taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grades Math, Science, and Social Studies. I am highly certified to teach up to 8th grade in the following content areas: Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies, and Technology. Most of my teaching career has been in middle school.

The best part of my day is when the kids arrive in the morning. Every day is a new adventure when teaching: we laugh, we play, we work hard, we have deep discussions, we have heart to heart talks, we make new friends, we rely on each other, and much more! Watching kids go through so many changes and watching them learn and understand something makes my whole day worth while. Connecting with students is the most important part of my day.

If you should need to get ahold of me, the best way is through email. Please allow up to 24 hours during the work week for me to return an email. My time is interactive with students and my email is not on all day! If there is an emergency, contact the office
