Hello parents and students!
Welcome back to another fantastic year at Lewis-Palmer Elementary! We are ready to get things kickstARTed this year! COVID has made everything so weird. Am I right? It was very strange only getting to see everyone virtually through the spring! My peers and I have missed you all so much. It's going to be so hard not to break boundaries and give hugs and high fives, but know the excitement is there! I cannot wait to warm your heARTs with some fun activities!
My main goal for art this year is to focus on fun, in spite of this pandemic. So, I am really looking forward to us making it happen -even with new school rules and CDC regulations. Everything is going to be different; no one can argue that. If you have any questions or concerns about what's happening in my room for this reason, please reach out! This year, LPES will be doing Art to Remember! It is an opportunity to have keepsakes of your students artwork and also raise money for the art room! Order forms will be sent out second trimester! Thanks for your participation! :)
