Strength 1 is a great class for new lifters, all experience levels are welcome
Strength 1 is a great class for beginning lifters. We begin by focusing on technique and biomechanics of each core lift. Students are introduced to muscular anatomy and are required to correlate which muscles are used during each lift. In Strength 1 we differentiate workouts for beginners, in-season athletes, and out of season athletes. Looking forward to a great semester!
