  • This class provides an opportunity to strengthen and tone the body through an array of cardiovascular and strength training techniques. This class is a combination of plyometrics, yoga, Pilates and many other aerobic activities. This is a semester class that may be taken more than once. Class is open to any grade level student and may be repeated for credit.
