Sports Registration Information
Welcome to Lewis-Palmer High School's online athletic registration. Please note that all athletic registration steps need to be completed and approved prior to your student being authorized to participate in practices and/or tryouts.

- payment of the participation fee- The participation fee will be added to Infinite Campus by the athletic office once the online registration is received. The athletic fee can be paid online via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal or via cash/check to the LPHS athletic office.
- sports physical signed by a physician- New for the 2022-2023 school year: We will not accept any physicals that expire during the season. A new physical will be required if the current one expires at any point during the season.

Here is the latest version of our Physical Exam and Medical History. Please print this off and bring it with you to your doctor's appointment.
Fees will be assigned before try-outs. Fees will be refunded if a participant does not make a team. The Athletic Office will add the sports fee to their Infinite Campus account. We will refund any fee paid if your child is cut or chooses not to participate BEFORE the first competition. Once a student participates in a CHSAA sanctioned event, we will not refund any portion paid. All fees are $190 except where notated differently.
