The Colorado Department of Education combines the Home School Enrichment Academy enrollment with Bear Creek Elementary School (grades K- 6) and Lewis-Palmer Middle School (grades 7-8).
This data set includes 18 foreign exchange students attending our high schools during the 2019-2020 school year.
Data for 2019-2020
For 2019-2020, the total number of students entering LPSD from schools in the Pikes Peak region was 620 students. The graph below shows the distribution of the students across District 38 schools. Students in the transition program and students enrolled through the Colorado Preschool Program at Tri-Lakes Community Preschool are not included in this chart.
The graph below shows the parents' district of residence for the 620 students opting into LPSD for the 2019-2020 school year.
This graph shows the 672 students whose parents report residing in LPSD and whose students attend districts surrounding LPSD.
This graph shows the 76 students whose parents report residing in LPSD and whose students attend programs or districts outside the immediate LPSD area. Most of these are attributed to online programs as well as some regional charter schools.
