Sign Up for the Bus!

  • Students who reside in the transport zone for the school they are attending are eligible to ride the bus. To sign up for the bus, please follow these steps (Note: if you are a parent with an existing PaySchools Central account, you can skip to step 3):

    1. Sign in to your Infinite Campus parent portal account and retrieve your student's ID number. This is found in Infinite Campus by selecting "Today." If you don't have a parent account for Infinite Campus, please see our Sign-Up page. The ID number is used to link your student to your PaySchools Central account in step 2.
    2. Sign in to your PaySchools Central account. If you don't already have an account, please see the instructions on our Payments page.
    3. Once your PaySchools Central account is active, log in so you can select the Transportation fee. Once you have selected this for all students who will be riding, you can check out and pay with credit or debit card. The information is automatically sent to transportation so they can route your student(s).
    4. Bus stop information will be posted after August 13. Please check your Infinite Campus parent portal account to get the information for your student.

    Important: If your student will qualify for Free and Reduced Price School Meals, you do not need to complete these steps. Please contact transportation directly at 719-488-4711 or Transportation@lewispalmer.org. Provide your name, phone number, and address, along with the name of your student, grade, and school and specify they will be on Free and Reduced Lunch and fees. Your student(s) will not be routed until you have made contact with the transportation office. 

New This Year - Punch Cards

  • The bus fee this year will again be a $200 a year flat fee for unlimited rides.  Since last year was also a flat fee there will be no bus fee balance coming forward into the new school year. 

    Please try to get your students signed up by August 1st so we can get the routes set up. 

    We understand that some students may only need to ride the bus on an occasional basis. For this reason, we have created the option of a 20-ride punch card for $20. These may be purchased only at the Transportation Department located at 99 Santa Fe Avenue in Monument during normal business hours. Payments for punch cards may be made by cash or check only. (Available after August 1st) 

    If you purchase one of these, your student will be assigned to the closest existing bus stop to your home. We are unable to create a special bus stop for the occasional rider; however, we will make sure there is a seat on the bus for your student when it is needed.

    Unfortunately, if the punch card is lost, there is no free replacement. There are no refunds for unused punches.
