Regis University provides a free to low-cost option for mental health counseling. The Colorado Springs Regis location is very close to Woodmen & I-25 - about 20 minutes from Monument.
Regis University's counselors in training and marriage and family therapists in training offer confidential, low-cost counseling services at the Center for Counseling and Family Therapy on the Thornton and Colorado Springs campuses. Services include individual counseling, couple and family therapy, counseling for children and adolescents, and play therapy. AspenPointe Crisis Center has two walk-in crisis centers: 115 S Parkside Drive and 6071 E. Woodmen Rd (at Powers Blvd, adjacent to St. Francis Medical Center), which is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
