Special Education Advisory Committee - SEAC
SEAC is a local committee that consists of parents, teachers, and staff members to promote a better understanding of the needs of special education children. We meet five times per year to discuss and learn the latest in Special Education at the School, District, State, and Federal levels. We generally also cover a more specific topic each month and sometimes have guest speakers. There is no outside work required for SEAC, and while we welcome you to attend each month, you are not required to be at each meeting. We look forward to seeing you there!

is pleased to announce
the third annual Aliorum De Award
This award recognizes the dedication and commitment of an individual who has touched the life of an LPSD student with a disability. Any LPSD employee, community member, or student is eligible to receive the award. Recipients of the award are nominated based on the fact that their devotion to a student with a disability has made that student’s life better.
Nominations for 2020 have been received and all nominees will be notified via mail. Due to the current health situation, no awards ceremony will be held this year.
This year's list of nominees is attached here. Thank you to all who took the time to nominate and recognize someone who has helped to make a difference for our students in Lewis-Palmer School District 38!
