Preschool and Early Childhood Programs

Eligibility and Application Procedure

  • Children must be 3 years old and toilet-trained to attend preschool in District 38. Students who turn 5 years old by October 1 are eligible for kindergarten and cannot attend the preK program in District 38. Exceptions to this may be made by the building principal on a case-by-case basis.
Programs are offered for two age groups with activities tailored to meet their needs:

  • Since there is no transportation offered for preschool, you may enroll at any location where there are seats available (not applicable to CPP and Child Find applicants). Preference is given to residents of Lewis-Palmer School District. District 38 will accept applications from non-resident students; these students will be considered for enrollment based on availability of space and resources.
