Lewis-Palmer is very excited to offer Yoga and Pilates for Physical Education credit. This class will meet all 5 components of fitness through strength, flexibility, agility and body awareness. Along with practicing physical activity, students will incorporate social and mental health. The whole person is the focus of this class. Personal growth and health will be the goal.
Please come ready to listen and participate in light activity the first day of class. Bring a change of shoes if they are not workout appropriate.
Every student will need to provide their own combination lock and workout clothes starting the second class.
