Strength 2

  • This class is open to female students who are very serious about improving strength training and improving sports performance. The course will include advanced strength training, plyometrics, and conditioning techniques.

  • Please come ready to listen and participate in light activity the first day of class.  Bring a change of shoes if they are not workout appropriate.

    Every student will need to provide their own combination lock and workout clothes starting the second class.
