Safety and Security

  • safety matters The safety and welfare of our students and staff is most important. Since a crisis can occur at any time, whether natural or man-made, it is critical that we are prepared and remain proactive. The Lewis-Palmer School District has district and school level emergency plans that encompass an all-hazards approach to safety and security. These plans are reviewed and updated annually to ensure that we are current with local, state and federal guidelines. Additionally, our district has partnered with local and county law enforcement and emergency responders to help keep our schools safe.
