Mr. Andrew Smith
Howdy! I am excited for my fourth year as the School Counselor here at Lewis-Palmer Elementary. A little about myself I am a Licensed School Counselor with a Masters degree in Counseling, School Counseling emphasis, from Adams State University. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Cornell College in little Mt. Vernon, Iowa (Go Rams!). I have worked in education for eight years here in Colorado as well in Washington state. I also have worked two years in private clinics providing therapy to kiddos with Autism.
I am originally from Colorado Springs and can think of no place better for my family. My wife and I have two kids, a 4.8 year old girl and 7.6 year old boy (they keep us on our toes)! I enjoy hiking, comic books, coffee, and love sports! If you need to reach me please feel free to send an e-mail or call. If I don't answer don't be afraid to leave a voicemail with your name and contact information and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks!
