  • Regis University Counseling Services

    Regis University provides a free to low-cost option for mental health counseling. The Colorado Springs Regis location is very close to Woodmen & I-25 - about 20 minutes from Monument.

    Regis University's counselors in training and marriage and family therapists in training offer confidential, low-cost counseling services at the Center for Counseling and Family Therapy on the Thornton and Colorado Springs campuses. Services include: individual counseling, couple and family therapy, counseling for children and adolescents, and play therapy. If you are interested in these services, contact our Clinical Assistant, at Thornton: 303-964-5786 or Colorado Springs 719-264-7027 for more information. Limited weekly appointment times are now available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in Thornton and Tuesday afternoon/evenings in Colorado Springs.

  • Adult Literacy Class - Learn English (Aprenda Ingles)

    Learn English with other adults in the community.  Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30pm beginning September 6, in the Lewis-Palmer Administration Offices, 146 Jefferson Street.  See details here.
